Simply stated, what that means for you is "more viewable listings". It also means that the sponsoring agent of this site (Douglas J. Parry) was required to participate in each MLS Association to achieve the listing search results you will obtain here!

A Search Example- If you were interested in searching for properties located in Calabasas CA, keep in mind that listings can come from multiple MLS Associations via the agents that specifically belong to each one. There may be properties listed with the Ventura County Coastal Association (VCCA), and others listed from several other MLS Boards, such as the SOCAL MLS, or the Southland Regional Association of REALTORS (SRAR/Crisnet). SRAR encompasses the San Fernando Valley and other areas beyond. The point is, what you see can depend on what Associations the listing office and agent belong to. This is important namely because not all MLS Associations cooperate with each other by exchanging searchable listing data (known as Internet Data Exchange, or IDX).

A One Stop Shop! At most other sites, the results of your searches would more than likely be restricted.

You would only be able to view listings that were available via the specific MLS Associations the listing agent happen to belong to. Most agents usually only belong to one MLS Board, two at the very most.
